I've been using this product for a little over a week. I never thought I would like this type of shower head and have always preferred the high pressure showers. But my wife didn't like the strong pressure on the skin because she felt uncomfortable. So I went with the 9-inch Aqua Elegante Deluxe Rainfall Shower Head to see how we like it. I figured if my wife liked it then I would use our guest shower in the bathroom if I didn't like it. I chose this product because of the product description and the very positive reviews. Well I was very pleasantly surprised at how great this shower head works and feels. This is all that is stated in the product description as well as in the reviews. Not only did this shower head exceed my expectations, the very personal customer service via email from the owner of the company is second to none! I can honestly say that I have never heard such great messages from a product manufacturer. I have full confidence that we will solve any problem with this shower head quickly. I am considering buying one for my guest bathroom in the near future.
