Review on ChinFun Women'S High Waist Yoga Shorts With Tummy Control & Side Pockets - Perfect For Workout & Running by Damon Murray

I bought these in XXL in the dark slate grey for a non-chafe moisture wicking short that I could wear for lounging/errands/exersize, etc. I usually wear a size XL and around a 14-16 in pants- I bought the XXL because of the size chart and I didn't want the shorts cutting into my thighs too much at the bottom hem. I probably could have purchased my normal size (and definitely would for a more compressed feel) as the waist and stomach is just the tiniest bit looser than expected, but since I'm using them for comfort lounging too I'm keeping. I was worried about the waist not coming high enough and being more of a "mid-rise", but the waist is a true high waist past my belly button (I'd guess the rise is at least 11" -12"). The fabric is nice quality with a more matte look which I like. The grey I got also has tints of blue in it (slightly different than picture) which I ended up liking more.
