. The product looked normal and smelled good, but when I first opened the tin I found it was already open and the lid ripped open. I'm not even sure if I should use it now. I am very disappointed, mainly because the reviews I read were so positive. I did so much research and was confident I made the right choice, but when I found that the jar was open, the seal was broken and some of the scrub had spilled onto the rest of my order, I was surprised.
