Ford Van Rear Vent

Since Ford Vans no longer come with retractable rear windows, I use this vent to control temperature and humidity. I like that I have one screen and multiple speeds. Works great mounted vertically on the back of my van. I replaced the back glass with plexiglass so I can install it without cutting a hole in the roof. I used a dremel to cut out the piece in the top left corner which I believe is for the motorized version of this fan (it's not necessary, it just annoyed me). There's also a dummy power button inside, which I think applies to the motorized version as well. I lightly sanded the outer mounting flange and painted it black and then trimmed down the overlapping boxes because my mounting surface isn't 4" thick like an RV roof. I made a wooden frame (again painted black) to reinforce it and put it on top giving both sides decent screwing in. I routed the wires behind the door panel and into the van with a connector on the end.I'm impressed with how much air it moves and it does it VERY quietly!
