I rated this product when I first bought it. I checked my reviews and found that the review for this product has been removed. This product didn't work for me. I bought it hoping to use it between waxing sessions. I have relatively thick hair, and even when I left the product on for the maximum time and tried to wipe it off (per the directions), all of the hair stayed in place. It didn't hurt my skin, but it didn't remove my hair either. I understand that everyone's skin and hair is different and what doesn't work for me may work for you. If you have very sensitive skin it might be worth trying. I think it's important that consumers have realistic expectations for the products they want to buy. Having 100% 5-star ratings does not leave consumers with realistic expectations, especially with a product that cannot accommodate the different anatomy of each individual. I received an email from customer support after my first review offering me a refund, but they also asked me to remove my review. I didn't accept a refund because I think it's important for consumers to know (ie leave reviews in the first place). I left 3 stars because the product didn't irritate my skin and they tried to provide customer service.
