Review on Anama by Tim Venkatasubramanian

I like that it allows me as manager of my team be able to see how each employee's day goes without having them log into their computer or phone all through out the workday! It has been helpful for our managers who are not at every event throughout the year but still want information about what happens in order to make sure they know where we stand with productivity goals/targets etc - also great because you can have updates sent straight from HR if needed so no need to send emails back & forth between two parties (employee / supervisor). Not much other than just being more efficient overall by knowing everything right away rather then waiting until later when there may already be too many things going around before getting caught up.
