The price was very attractive - I mean it!The support from their customer service department were excellent too (even though they are located in another country).
At first we had problems with updating to new versions but then things went smoothly again after contacting them via email. We have now used 2 different translators so far which proved essential when dealing with multiple languages at once compared to 1 translator who would deal only with one language or even just English as well like other competitors do nowadays; not sure if that can be considered an issue per se although you might think about how much time your teams spend each day working through those translations before releasing any updates?
