Update the review below. After I wrote my first review and rated it only one star, the company contacted me immediately and did everything they could to resolve the issue. The plates are amazing - they love the design. Unfortunately the quality is below average. Ordered for our outdoor wedding so we needed 240 dinner plates and 240 dessert plates. Came in two big boxes but the packaging was very sloppy. The two large shipping boxes were in good condition, but the smaller boxes inside were destroyed. They were torn and didn't fit the plates well so the plates that come in packs of 40 (20 dinners, 20 desserts) must have changed significantly. More than half of the packages contained broken dishes. The packaging was also very dusty and dirty. Some plates are even dirty and chipped/missing paint. The cymbals aren't exactly smooth either - they have round raised circles in places and are quite brittle compared to what I was expecting - flimsy plastic, not super strong. I'm so disappointed as the plates in the smaller packages had positive reviews and are really gorgeous but I'm afraid they look cheap for a wedding.
