Review on ToBeInStyle Girl's Uniform Skirt: 👧 Classic and Stylish Choice for School Uniforms by Lamar Marshall

I received the first package and when I opened it it said size 12 on the outside (that's what I ordered) and the inside of the skirt was marked size 10 and it's definitely too small for me. I contacted Amazon for a refund and ordered the skirt again. Got a new one today and exactly the same! The box says size 12 but the skirt is a size 10! Now I have to send 2 packages back. I don't know what's wrong with the packaging but the skirt looks very nice just not the size I ordered.
