Fantastic tool with many uses including tracking customers

I love that you can see your customer's account history and be able to access past purchases in order to find out why that purchase was made and what they liked most about it! It is hard sometimes when we don't have all of our information but we are working through it by trying different things! Sometimes there is still an issue where something isn't loading how you would like for it so make sure to talk to them or let support know that it doesn't load as easily/quickly as you want. The benefits I've felt from using this program include having my own database that stores all my current store visits. This has helped me keep track of everything I need to pay attention towards at each visit while also keeping an overall record of which ones were actually worth going back for later. I like that we can see who is visiting our website without them knowing it's us! It has been very helpful in getting more traffic to some of my product pages which are often overlooked by most other sites out there today (even Google!). We have not found any downsides yet but would be interested if anyone else does find anything different from what they've experienced so far as this may help improve future features or functionality for users/customers etc?
