It's charging but not sure if it overheated and fried the computer?
I bought this to replace a charger that got stuck in the mechanics of the sofa and the cord snapped. I've only had it a few weeks and it charges the computer, but now it's overheating and I have a computer that won't boot. I haven't determined the cause but every troubleshooter says to revert to the last change you made to the computer and the only thing that's different is the charging cable. New computer = $600.
