I use this oil for massage - my shoulders often numb from sedentary work. It has an ideal texture: it is fluid, but not like water, greasy, absorbed for a long time - which is what is required for a massage. The oil has a stunning aroma of lavender and rosemary, it relaxes and soothes - a direct anti-stress effect. But there is no warming effect (for this it is better to use oil with camphor or menthol), and the phrase about preventing muscle pain in the description is even funny. The muscles are too deep, the oil will not reach them, no matter what its composition. So this is already a merit of the massage, and not the oil itself, but this is not even a minus, the oil is excellent, just you should not expect too much from it. I have dry skin, and the oil softens it perfectly, although I would not use it as a separate care product - it absorbs too long, although it does not leave marks on clothes and bedding. But itβs still not very pleasant when everything around is covered in oil: you are covered in oil, your hands are in oil, your phone is in oil, and the cat that has turned up under your arm is also covered in oil.
