So far, so good. Pairing was easy, controls are smooth and the feel of the controller is solid but not heavy, very well balanced even with a phone in it (V60 pictured). Both medium-sized women's hands and large men's hands found this controller comfortable during long hours of gaming. I played Animal Crossing and Hades on my Switch in dock mode. I'm very fond of button pressing and haven't had any issues with hand fatigue during long fights, even when playing drunk games. I really like that the ABXY buttons are magnetic and interchangeable and the controller is pretty versatile. The battery life is pretty good if you play all day. Expect to have to charge it once, but the upside is that you can charge it while you play and it charges up fairly quickly. I haven't played much with the phone installed, but it works well for Note10+ LG V60 Z Flip and others. Tip: When pairing, make sure you only touch the pairing combination. I accidentally steered the joystick in the right direction and during gameplay it seemed to "get stuck". This sometimes happens with the Nintendo Pro Controller as well. Just unpair and reconnect the pair to fix the situation.
