Very disappointed. One of the holes in the bottom of the frame (where the swivel attaches to the seat) is drilled off center. The hole is covered by the rotating plate and is not far enough off center to align with the hole in the plate. The other three holes are fine, but the chair is not safe to use without proper assembly. The holes should be about 3.5 inches from center, but the right hole is 2.5 inches. I am giving this review one star and not giving it a second chance due to my situation. I'm still working and studying. A lack of instruction/work on handling returns is unacceptable. I'm too short to carry it down two floors (I weigh 112 pounds) and get it safely to the UPS store despite the time issues. Including shipping, this means I lost about $180 due to a manufacturing defect. If you don't have the time or ability to explore the possibility of a return, don't buy it.
