Disappointing; looked used
I want to love this product. I've used it before when I received it in an Ipsy bag. However, this particular item looked used when I opened it. The mascara wasn't sealed and the brush was clumpy and dry when I first opened it. From now on, I'll probably go to the beauty salon to get mascara.
