The backpack was well made, all the zippers worked but overall the quality was poor. It wasn't worth the $30 I was charged after taxes, especially since I saw the package online for only $20 elsewhere. I ended up returning the backpack for a refund because the straps are attached in such a way that the backpack swings away from my back empty or full. Poor fit, no padded shoulder straps, high price. Also, the straps were not threaded through the buckles when I received this. I was able to refill them but just found it tasteless considering the price.
