Original HP ink cartridges are the ONLY ones that should be used by everyone as the other suggested types simply will NOT work with the HP Officejet 8020 series printers the reviews will tell you what I think. Who wants to spend over $200. for non-HP replacement cartridges that their printers refuse? Be careful! On the other hand, HP needs to step in and start giving us their color 910 cartridges. I've been trying to get the HP 910 cyan cartridge for at least a month without success! Revain was good enough to have 910 magenta, yellow and black cartridges, but not cyan blue. What the heck is going on with HP? We pay about $200. for my new Officejet printer and then I don't get the right color cartridges! Wow, that's very bad!
