Update: 03/01/2021 The product works perfectly. There are three indicators on the front to show that charging is in progress. When charging is complete, all indicators will turn off except for the headphone indicator. At first I thought it was defective but after several emails trying to get a response I was finally told it was. I wish they had said something in the description because I was willing to send it back. I reduced it to 4 runs because 1) it took 3 emails to get the actual answer, not the answer with the wrong grammatical phrase. 2) The fact that it wasn't stated in the description. product is great. It charges my S20 phone, Galaxy watch and Galaxy in-ear headphones. The best part is that only one cable is used and the lights on the front stay on until the device is charged. It charges my phone with a standard case. It also charges your phone with a wallet, but you have to open the wallet part.
