DOES NOT WORK for lamps and ceiling fans

They worked when I first got them. I set it up, tested it, turned it on, then turned it off and put it in Doula's bag, ready to go to my client's delivery. When I gave birth after 3 weeks, they could not be switched on with or without a remote control, nor with a switch for each individual candle. Now it's too late to go back.
