I seem to be an expert on hand warmers as my hands get very cold while running or walking. They promised otherwise as they had glue so I didn't have to hold the block like I have to do with others. It was ok, but it was quite difficult to tuck into the tight mitten as it kept catching on the inner fabric of the mitten before I could get it next to my fingers. It was also difficult to take off at times, and I'm afraid of tearing the inner fabric of the glove at times. On the plus side, the pillow is quite large, it's quite warm, about the same size as the others, and I don't have to reach for the heater. Overall a mixed review and not sure I'll continue to buy a replacement as it's also more expensive than alternatives. Might work for you.
