Last week I attempted to run 20 miles in 5 days. It has very good support and is very stable on my knee where I had a torn meniscus. However, the straps cut into the hollows of the knees. The package included a knee brace as a gift. After using the cuff, I had no problem with the strap cutting into the back of my knee. I tried to buy additional cases but couldn't find them at Revain. I was going to give it 3 stars but since the free knee pads did the job I gave it 5 stars. I just need to find extra sleeves. Update: I've ridden 130 miles in this brace for the past 5 weeks in training for the 2021 New York City Marathon. Thanks to the free sleeve that was included, the strap didn't cut into my knees. The seller offered to send me a pair of free sleeves but I declined the offer as this knee pad is helping me get back running after a serious injury that prevented me from running the 2019 New York City Marathon. The hollow of my knee has healed and I hope to be able to run more kilometers a week without pain thanks to this orthosis.
