This is a good product compared to what is available on the market, the price and quality are perfect. I'm 6'4 290 lbs. I ordered 3 XL and they fit perfectly. I have a stomach and was so disappointed in the waistband of the compression shorts that they fell over every time I wore them to the gym. That really solves the problem. When putting it on, remember to pull it up as high as you can before putting your hands through the straps to avoid tearing or tearing.
