Perfect in every way. Exact sleeve length. The haircut is perfect. Soft and slightly faded, just right for me. I have broad shoulders and that's okay too. I usually take size XXL but having shed some extra pounds after 6 months of chemo this is the first piece of clothing I bought with my new figure and made my day. Highly recommended.
