Review on Bugsee by Erik Snyder

The interface was easy enough for me to understand and use right away. It's great having all my bugs in one place instead of digging through various logs and emails scattered across different applications over time. I wish there were more options available like filtering by severity level or just searching using keywords. Also would be nice if you could have multiple projects open at once with separate dashboards. Maybe even add some sort of timeline view so I can see what occurred during any given day or week? We've found it very helpful being able to keep track of our users' experiences when they're not around us by checking their feedback directly from within the application itself.
