received this without damage, but the spacing between the arrows used to hold wine bottles was so uneven that you didn't even get a bottle could fit on 2 racks/hooks (whatever you call them). Apparently no measuring instruments were used to ensure the darts were correctly positioned on the board. Sent the part back, bought a new one, basically the same. Distance is slightly better, but not by much. About 5 inches at the top of the board is blank, and then because they obviously didn't measure, all 5 darts below are smashed together. I only chose to keep the second one because I really like the idea of how it looks and it was designed for a cockpit so it doesn't have to be perfect. If it was for my house I would definitely send the second one back. Still pretty unsatisfied.
