Overall this is a great harness. It's soft, easy to apply and has such a wonderful leathery scent. The build quality seems to be good. I have no problems with QC at all. I LOVE quick release pins. I replaced the buckle with a bronze buckle that matches my watch. I wish more watch strap makers made bronze buckles; they will sell (bronze watches are in fashion) Criticism/Comment - I expected it to be thicker. This is a 2mm thick band (except when things double down - (obviously around 4mm). I'd like a 3.6-4mm thick band. Colour: so I removed the star. The color of the band, that I received is a slightly more unusual orange than the product photo which I was expecting/hoping for from the color swatches they showed I'm hoping it will soften and get some variation over time but it was a big one ." for me I'm getting used to it and I think they work with my watches which gives them an interesting retro 70's feel but still more than I expected. With those limitations I don't think you and this band can do anything do wrong.
