Almost too light and a bit too firm, but still better than nothing.
Is it better than kneeling on the hard ground? Yes. Is is like kneeling on a nice, cushiony gel pad? Not even close. The material is very, very firm. I'm a solid 250 lbs and the material deforms very little even under my ample frame.Also, the mat is extremely light. Nice for carrying around but it will blow away in even a modest breeze. Folks wanting something for outside might want to look into a heavier pad.All in all it's okay relative to the very inexpensive price. For ten bucks it's acceptable and my aging knees appreciate the relief.
