Works great but requires VGA screw holes
I bought a new laptop and needed it as I often take my laptop with me and don't want to unplug it all the time. Works well. The only problem I had is that the VGA cable sometimes comes loose. For those who plug this in and leave it plugged in, you might not experience this problem. But for someone like me who unplugs almost daily, I need to tug on the VGA cable from time to time. I tried using the audio cable but the computer was making a hum that was being transmitted to the speakers. I had no audio issues with the HDMI connection.
