I have always been skeptical about this type of goggle and whether or not it actually works. After reading the reviews and getting opinions from my optometrist and other people who wear and use them, I thought I'd give them a try. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. These glasses are the perfect size, shape and weight and most importantly they reduce my eye fatigue and I have found that I sleep better at night. I read a lot and work nights and figured most of my sleepless nights were devoted to work, but maybe not entirely.
