The belt was received in the box and was crumpled, not folded and not fastened. There were no instructions on how to measure/cut the belt or how to unbuckle the belt that was pulled around the waist. Through trial and error, I've found that simply popping the latch out doesn't work when the belt is under load. The latch just wouldn't budge, sticking out a finger. You had to ease the tension by slightly tightening the strap without engaging the next dial and then pushing the tongue out. I like the look and adjustability of the product, but I feel that more attention needs to be paid to the packaging and the instructions in the box.
