Use this oleamide as part of Steve Gibson's healthy sleep formula and see if it really works. Able to sleep well and fall asleep again after nightly trips to the toilet. Each person needs to find the right oleamide level based on their body and the number of hours they will sleep. 1/4 teaspoon is enough for 8 hours of sleep. If I use an alarm clock and wake up with less than 8 hours of sleep after taking a full 1/4 teaspoon of oleamide, I get a mild headache for the first hour or so. Reducing the amount for shorter sleep periods overcomes this side effect.
