Good, but too small for thick hair

My girlfriend and I have a lot of hair. They are so tight that after a while your scalp hurts. You know that tingling sensation when your ponytail or bun is too tight! The quality is good and the quantity is suitable for people with thin hair, I'm sure they work well. However, we cannot wear them. Also snug for my thick teenage wrist. So my recommendation for her is small wrists or thin hair :)
