update disappears after a month. I am changing my rating to 6 stars. One thing I love about the simple magnetic mount is how easy it is to charge. I have 4 and just found an easy way to charge up: if one gets weak use the other instead as you use certain zones more than others and charge up the weak one. I bought these to replace some lamps under a closet. I regret the purchase. . The biggest problem with puck lights is that they died too soon and gobbled up 3 AAA batteries in one go. What I really wanted was a light to help pour drinks in the dark, and the motion sensor feature gives the perfect light length for pouring a cocktail without having to manually turn the light on and off or leave a cube on all the time. I can't comment on the durability of these lamps as I just installed them (which is also surprisingly simple and innovative, allowing them to be easily removed for charging). I will update the review if they run into problems in the long run, but for now I can say you can feel 100% confident with this purchase.
