One of the bio wheels on my Penguin 350 broke and it was an exact replacement, worked great. Advice. DO NOT replace your Bio Wheels unless they are physically broken or deformed to the point where they will not spin. If they are dirty, just wait until the next water change and fill the bucket with the water you discard from the tank, rinse your bio wheels in it! This keeps bacterial colonies on them. I even wash the filter cartridges this way. If you wash your biowheels under tap water or replace them with new ones, you will seriously disrupt this biological filtration and potentially increase nitrite and ammonia while your bacteria try to recolonize.
