The first set of lamps came without instructions. I found a break! Weird, but the tape that the jelly body is underneath isn't broken or even torn. I emailed the seller and they wanted me to show them with a picture exactly where the tear was. I don't have a smartphone and I told them about it. Then the 2nd? 3.? The company representative was more helpful than the person(s?) before her, and she offered a new light that I gratefully accepted. Let's get back to class. I did what I did before and the light came on and as others have said the color of the button doesn't match the color of the light. And the same goes for the regime. Then "GET OUT OF TOWN" another tear in the protective jelly, but not in the sticky paper that the electronics sit on. The dimming is very noticeable as it is the longest part of the light tube that is not lit. I will cut my losses and shop elsewhere. sigh, HUGE sigh. I really wanted it to work. However, I am grateful to the company employee who sent me the 2nd set of lights; I really appreciated the effort.
