Great for finding past and potential employees
I love that you can search using keywords or even specific dates! There are so many things one could do with this software but it's not all inclusive of everything there should be in an ATS system (like applicant tracking). It has really helped me find candidates quicker than searching through websites manually which saves time as well!! Nothing bad at first glance though if anyone was looking into something similar they would most likely like how easy their job gets done once logged onto pc recruiertor.
Pros
- The user interface
- Search functionality is great, both by keyword/location.
- Easy to navigate around when logging back from lunch etc
- Job postings page for applicants makes sense & helps them understand clearly what we want without having too much info about us personally included within our description section :)
Cons
- Sometimes searches take far longer then necessary
