Lower Back Support

I sleep on my side and end up rolling on my side more times than I would like causing my back to fail. I had severe back pain at night and during the day. This pillow has really helped me keep my lower back and hips in the right position which has reduced my pain. I took out the small extra pillow inside, otherwise it was too thick. It's a bit big for sleeping on my back, so I don't use it until I roll onto my side.
