I bought these as my first pair of Bluetooth headphones. Right out of the box they fit together and sounded pretty good. The sound is a bit tinny and the bass isn't great, but it's good for most music tracks. On the second day of use, the earbuds wouldn't pair with each other, so I followed the instructions in the product description to pair them again. Caution is advised when the manufacturer provides repair instructions on the product description page. This shows that this is a very common problem among them. And this is bound to happen all the time. The process they provide for re-pairing didn't often work, and when it did, they didn't stay paired for long. I asked the seller about the pairing issue and they answered my question about the headphones not being able to pair. with the same answer as on the product description page. I have a feeling this reply will appear like an automated message. If you want to provide quality customer service, I think you should take the time to respond in a more personal way. The issue with the headphones has not been resolved. I've tried the suggested repair method dozens of times with no success. I would like my money back and buy another brand as I don't appreciate the lack of response as a customer with an ongoing problem that remains unresolved. UPDATE: The seller sent me a new pair and they have worked well so far. Thanks for the replacement. I'm giving 3 stars because of the issues with the first pair.
