Just don't convert the VGA signal to composite. Period.
I've tested four different scenarios up to 320x240 and this thing just doesn't work. There is no signal processing in the device, how could that be? All the trials and tribulations I've been through, don't waste your time. I'm a network engineer and I figured this was too good to be true.
