This is a very cool item and I love it. Film for local news and launch of 2 inch videotape. Umatic video was a wonderful new format for newsrooms. And that gear was HEAVY, which has to do with huge cameras, heavy-duty weight belts, the need for ultra-high light with halogen lights and reflectors, etc. So the fact that I can now shoot 4k video with stereo sound on a camera my size, it used to be 35mm, it's amazing. And this light really helps. I want to turn on the gun mic and storm into people's offices for 60 minutes just because it's so easy now. This light is amazing. It has a very nice little information display with plain text showing charge level, estimated time remaining, brightness and color temperature. (You can adjust the color temperature! wowsers!) It offers two different 5V charging ports so it suits what you have. And this little sucker is BRIGHT, no kidding. Enough to break into a government official's office and prove that he is in fact an industry lobbyist. Not that anyone cares, but still, this light lets you capture every detail of their denial in full resolution, using the traditional "deer in the spotlight" effect. For what it does, this light is good and, well, light. That's not hard. I haven't drained it completely yet, but it seems to last quite a while and doesn't generate a ton of heat, so thanks again to the science behind LEDs and lithium batteries. only in the sense that I can describe it easily, but it can be oriented in different ways to manipulate the image obtained. It also has removable plastic filters of different colors which I doubt I will use but they fit well and maybe I will. Well, in my opinion, such lights are meant for video; Electronic flash is indeed better for photos, although I suspect it can be used for photos if you have no idea what the flash effects would be like. But I really like it and rate it 5.5 stars so far.
