I ordered this tablet. Received, charged and started following the setup instructions. Once turned on, it displayed the Simbans name on the splash screen and then restarted. I assumed it was part of the initial setup, so I waited. The tablet restarted continuously for 4 hours. I was finally able to close it. Customer support for this product is provided via email only. No live chat or phone support (even if you wanted to pay for it). So I emailed the support team. After 12 hours I get a response telling me to press the reset button and charge the device. Tried these steps, same result. constant reboot. So I'm sending the device back and ordering a brand new one. Product received, same exact results, kept restarting. Wrote to support, they said that this is not happening. So I'm returning the second device and looking for better options.
