They are BIG with heels. I usually wear a 9. Reordered 8.5. They sit well - for a while. I wore them yesterday during yesterday's shopping marathon - got nothing out of feeding the neighborhood during a Texas ice storm! Received many compliments from other buyers. But after three hours of walking, they became uncomfortable. Since the sole is nice and thick, the sidewalls of this shoe are so soft that there is no support at all. My feet tend to roll in a bit due to my long, high arch, so I got tired of trying to stay upright in them. I will wear them on occasions that don't involve a lot of walking. Disappointed that they are so charming, but not for everyday wear, at least to me.
