This item was a lifesaver! My little girl has always slept with her hands over her face, even in the womb. All of her ultrasounds are her hands in front of her face. She slept better when wrapped in Velcro, but she tossed and turned until she had her hands free to suck on it. She was only 10lbs when I ordered her but I chose a medium size and I'm glad I did. Gives her plenty of room to grow but still fits now. She is now 3 months old and sleeps 8-10 hours a night and I really think it's the swaddling. I just ordered a second one because I washed this one and it wasn't dry enough. I tried to get her to take a nap and she struggled for an hour while this one dried. As soon as I changed her diaper she fell asleep within 5 minutes. I definitely need 2 so I can wash one between beds! I live in Arizona so I need something that won't overheat and something that's fairly lightweight. It's winter now, but I know she'll be fine when it warms up. She's currently sleeping in her Rock 'n' Play and swaddling works great there too. If your child likes to cover their face with their hands, these diapers are for you!
