1) The product came in a box that was previously opened (and damaged), I bought a new one, not used, a new one should come. 2) After hooking it up to a computer, the audio is very poor quality, like a tin bucket a mile away (if that makes sense). Same problem when connecting to an iPhone. The computer and iPhone have no problem with other BT devices, so these are headphones. 3) People on the other end of the call (Zoom, Skype, etc.) can't hear my words very well. The problem disappears when using other headphones with built-in microphone. Overall a very negative experience.
