Dissatisfied! Damaged! in Light Covers

I am not happy at all with what I received! Poor quality control by the manufacturer. I have a few questions. The glass was cracked, the lamp body or the shipping box was not damaged, most likely they were assembled in this way. The box the light came in was also marked 5.75. The fixture is not 6" and the body and lens do not fit 6".
