I want to start with a pro but they will never beat the experience you get from one! or if you catch one of the Revain the same day when all the power goes to you! It works wonders with and without a cellulose developer. It looks beautiful, this toner is just great if you have had problems with other toners before. I used to swear by the T-18 until I started having issues with the timbre sounding patchy, uneven, or overdone. Not only does this toner work and get you started quickly, but it also leaves room to wiggle if you're not sure you have the tone you want. I mixed 1:1/1:1/2 and it was perfect for me. I love my highlighter, very clay like using powder. Toner! I bleached my hair almost white, then dyed it blue, and then parted it. It didn't turn entirely white, but turned white with a silvery sheen. Nothing compares to the silvery hue of Cellulose Riot. If you see a lot of orange in your hair, try bleaching again or use one of the more appropriate pulp root colors for that area. I had a bit more left over so I smeared it on my boyfriend and his orange-yellow hair was neutralized but nowhere near white. (He didn't want to bleach it again so I wanted to see what he would do). Overall I think this toner is better than the EQ colors in my opinion, but buy and test for yourself! I am not a licensed cosmetologist but I have been doing hair for a little over 6 years and have learned and learned a lot myself in the process!
