Review on WOOWAVE Surfboard Straight Surfboards Waterproof by Roger Alexander

They seem to be of good quality but yesterday I was disappointed with my first use at the Marina in Venice. Pulled waist high out of a 2 foot wave and the ankle strap snapped right off my foot and I forced myself to paddle with my butt to keep more of the board from hitting the rocks. If he can't handle a small wave I'm afraid of what will happen on a good day. I would spend the extra $5 and get a better quality ankle strap. And that stupid "waterproof phone case" is the dumbest thing I've ever seen and will never fit under a wetsuit while surfing. I wish they would divert the money and develop a better velcro. This leash is now retired.
