Small, my opinion

My 4 year old daughter is very tall and thin. She usually wears 5/6 dresses. I ordered XS and this shirt was tight at first and almost knee length. I would say it is equivalent to a 4T dress.

Pros

Great for my daughter, love it

Cons

First I ordered the medium 10-12 and then tried the large 14-16. Both were too small for my very slim 12 year old at 77 pounds.
