I bought this product to relieve my back pain a little while sitting. Follow the writing instructions as you sit on it. However, after 15 minutes my back was killing me more than when I sat down. My boss is a chiropractor who practices kinesiology. He tested me sitting on this BackJoy product and it turned out to be "bad" for me. Too bad it can't be returned. Waste of money and caused me more pain than when I started. It was necessary to "listen" to other people who left bad reviews. Sorry, this is not something I and would not recommend to anyone. I think he'll go secondhand.
