Review on Whitmor Foldable Garment Rack Adjustable by Kris Martin

update: another month - another break. I used it three times for a show and it broke twice. I think I'll call CS and buy more parts. They lasted 2 months, then the latches holding the racks in place failed. NOT overloaded. Called the company and they won't send me a new one, they will just send me parts - I need to fix this damn thing. For real? (There are some weird hex screws on the parts that I don't even have a screwdriver for.) Now I have to take everything apart and fix it. I am extremely unhappy. When I used it, it rocked a lot, seemed very fragile and heavy. You have to be very careful when turning it over, otherwise it will tip over. I like the *idea* that it's foldable, but it's too flimsy and the support team won't support their product to my satisfaction.
